A couple of years after I started selling my handmade jewelry, a friend asked to teach a beading workshop at the “Moms’ Group.” My first thought was, “I ‘ve never taught any thing – I can’ t do that!” But I took a deep breath, thought about it from all angles, and remembered it. And you know what? It was a success! Everyone loved the things they did. Even I had fun with it. That first workshop beading planted the seed for a new facet of my jewelry making business. The Moms’ The group invited me back to make a second workshop of jewelry for them, and third. Then a couple wanted to have home parties for his friends to come over and make bead jewelry. So I made those. Then one of them wanted to do a workshop bead bracelet for your daughter ‘girl scout troop s – did so. That turned into a very popular trend and beneficial for my jewelry making business, and I sold several of these vouchers and later helped the recipients to make a bracelet, necklace or earrings. * A lady came to me with an ultra-long strand of glass beads vintage she inherited from her grandmother, and wanted to remake it into a necklace, bracelet and earring multistrand system. We did, and it was magnificent. She used the system to your husband ‘the party s office told me everyone raved about it. * Another woman asked for help with an adjustable pearl necklace for his daughter, with interchangeable pendants to wear on him.
